Верховный Суд четко определил, что несоблюдение установленного Законом № 1961-IV (Закон) годичного срока для подачи заявления о страховом возмещении является достаточным основанием для отказа в выплате, а также установил, что надлежащим является обращение как непосредственно к страховщику, так и напрямую в суд, так как досудебное разбирательство в этом случае не требуется законом.
